About the founder
I'm George, and I started Rally Digital to design and build the kind of software I'd find useful and software that I would want to use. Clean, fast, and built to last longer than a trend cycle. The name comes from tennis: every good point is a rally, a back-and-forth of small, deliberate exchanges that build toward something bigger. That's how I think about building products.
Right now I'm building my own SaaS products, starting with Accordia, while taking on the occasional freelance web project along the way.

Where I've been
I help teams build SaaS products, mobile apps and web apps that deliver real, measurable value. That's what Rally Digital is all about.
My journey here wasn't exactly a straight line. I started coding in 2016 with an A-level in Computer Science and, to be honest, hated it. So I went and studied History instead, graduating from the University of East Anglia in 2021. From there I was lost for a while, until I discovered the UK Government's front-end digital coding bootcamp through skills4Life. I completed it in 2023 and landed a job with 3C Shared Services as a front-end digital developer. I spent the next few years there learning the ropes; building new features, working on redesigns (both helping implement them and leading my own), and drafting up demos and ideation for new features and mobile apps.
Then in late July 2026, I took the leap (a scary one) and started Rally Digital. I love the idea of working for myself, taking on a variety of projects and clients, and helping people bring their ideas to life. If you're interested in working with me please get in touch at george@rallydigital.uk.
